How it works
How a delivery runs
- 1
Plan the route
Pick the orders that are packed and ready, and choose a driver.
- 2
Optimise and publish
Reorder the stops for the shortest run, then publish the route to the driver.
- 3
Drive
The driver works through the stops in the app; their location updates as they go.
- 4
Deliver
At each door: hand over, take payment if it's due, and snap a photo.
Privacy
Customers see their delivery, not your route.
A tracking link shows one customer their own stop. The driver's location only appears while they're on the way to that customer.
No other customers
Other stops, addresses and the full route are never shown.
Location only when relevant
The driver's position appears only while they're heading to that stop.
Links expire
Tracking links stop working after 30 days.
Staff permissions
Planning routes and driving them are separate permissions you give your team.
Questions
Who can be a driver?
Any team member you give the driver permission. They sign in to the Anantak Track app with their staff account.
Do customers need an app to track their order?
No. The tracking link opens in any browser.
Can drivers collect payment on delivery?
Yes. Drivers can record cash, or show a KHQR code the customer scans with any banking app.
When can an order go on a route?
Once it's been fulfilled, meaning packed and ready to leave. Publishing the route marks those orders as out for delivery.
